Stunning, marvellous location to park which beautiful.

Quite pricey breakfast.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Hyatt Regency. The room temperature, shower water pressure, and bed coziness were all great. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome even though we were on a leisure trip. The view of the arch from our window was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the proximity to the park and the convenience of the nearby pizza place. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Saint Louis, had much fun and met service-minded staff at the customer service provided by the staff. Booked triple room with a king size bed. The location was nice - ease of access to Night.

The convenience of the FedEx business center was a lifesaver during my stay. It was like having a personal assistant at my beck and call, ensuring I could smoothly sail through my work tasks without a hitch.

The location in a very nice area was nice and ideal and there were shopping malls and gift stores nearby. I was there for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast.

I only stayed 1 night, though the staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for me. It was an incredible and wonderful location short walk to tourist attractions, historic points of interest, various professional sporting venues, and of course, the St Louis Arch, and Busch Stadium and anything downtown. Also, I liked to be within 1 mile of Aloe Plaza.

Can't recommend highly enough.

Waking up to the city view and sipping coffee while gazing at the iconic Gateway Arch was the perfect way to start my day. The vibrant sports bar onsite provided a great atmosphere for unwinding in the evenings, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff needs training on interacting with people with special needs.

The place was overall clean with a service-oriented staff on the night shift. Loved the way my triple room was arranged with an arch view, comfortable king size bed, as example.

Great location next to the arch, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Enjoyed a delicious bbq eggs benedict breakfast for room service. Would stay at Hyatt Regency again.

Dirty toilet, moldy shower. No complaints elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and exceptional, had breathtaking views of the park. The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic, close to the baseball field, and the bed comfortable. Attentive staff at the customer service provided by the staff and the facilities provided were very well kept.

Hyatt Regency in downtown offers a delightful stay. the staff is genuinely hospitable, ensuring guest satisfaction. the delicious breakfast buffet is constantly replenished with fresh, hot dishes. the beautiful lobby provides a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by fresh citrus water coolers. Conveniently located near downtown attractions, including the Arch.
